Listing Your Home With Us

Below is a step by step breakdown of the process so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

01.

Walkthrough and Pricing

We work with you to find other homes that are similar to yours that have sold in the last 6-9 months that give us a good idea of what price your home is worth in the current market.

02.

Staging and Showings

You prepare your home for us to bring potential buyers to look. At this point, it’s best to declutter have the rooms of your home set up for their intended use so that Buyers can visualize themselves in the home. We will be sure to bring only pre-qualified buyers to your home and help to highlight all your homes greatest features.

03.

Offer and negotiations

When an offer is received from a Buyer we will review it page by page with you as well as assist you as best with any questions you may have in response.

04.

ACCEPTED OFFER!

Congratulations your home is in contract to sell!

05.

Home Inspections

The home inspector of the Buyers choice will do a thorough inspection of your home and provide them with a list of “Life Safety” repairs as well as “Suggested Maintenance Items” Then the Buyer will present you with a list of requested repairs for your home. We will work with you to negotiate this step making sure that everyone is happy with moving forward with the sale as well as getting any “Lender Required” repairs taken care of.

06.

Appraisal

At this point, a third party selected Appraiser is hired to evaluate your home for what their opinion is of the value of the home to assure the Lender that the property is indeed worth the value that your vendor is offering to pay.

07.

Closing

This is the easy part! After all the steps are complete We will meet with you at the Escrow Company of your choice to sign and review the final documents to put the Buyers name into title on the property. Congratulations, you’ve sold your home!
